Our technical team provide design, manufacturing, installation and customer support for rendering plants, wastewater treatment, odour control and storage solutions. We have designed and manufactured some of the largest rendering plants in the Pacific Rim, and we support established plants on a day-to-day basis. In addition to new builds and retrofits, we provide one-off machine replacements, technical support and process audits.
A cleaner environment
Environmental performance standards are getting tougher. We can help reduce odour and wastewater loadings from existing plants, and design new plants with a very low environment impact.
Made in New Zealand
We design and manufacture most of our equipment in New Zealand for greater control over quality, safety and timeframes.
We supply and service in New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia, the Pacific, the USA and South America.
Rendertech's co-founder Steve Dunn was part of the design team who developed the first low-temperature rendering plants in New Zealand. This technology
virtually halves the energy used by traditional high-temperature plants, improves the quality of the output, and significantly reduces odour and wastewater
loadings. Today, we are Australasia's only low-temperature rendering specialists.
FEATURES OF LOW TEMPERATURE RENDERING
- Standard design to 25T/hr raw material.
- Larger plants through customised design.
- Higher yield.
- Higher quality end product.
- Lowered energy use.
- Reduced environmental impact.

A Word from Our Clients
Tauranga Potable Water Storage Tank
“Tauranga City Council required new water storage nodes to support a growth area of the city. The solution came in a 10,000m3 potable-water bolted steel tank designed and erected by Rendertech. Due to the strength and span of the aluminium dome, it required no internal columns. The fusion-bond epoxy coated steel construction met our strict design and durability criteria, as well as being cost-effective. We enjoyed a good working relationship with Rendertech engineers and appreciated the fast and efficient on-site assembly.”
