Rotary dryers have long converted co-products into profits for process industries. Whilst most direct-fired rotary dryers have now been replaced by indirect contact disc dryers for drying meat and bone meal, rotary dryers such as this one by Duske are still used to dry a wide range of products, such as blood, biomass and sludge. Rendertech has supplied and supported Duske Rotary Dryers in the Oceania region since 1988. We also offer local servicing and spare parts for Duske Drying Systems, now part of Uzelac Industries (USA).

Efficient drying
Multiple drying zones with varying air velocities give the most efficient drying. Recirculation of a large portion of exhaust gases keeps efficiencies high.

Compact design
Triple-pass designs are used to keep the footprint small.

Single pass drum 
Duske also offer single-pass drum designs that are more suitable for some applications.

Spare parts and equipment rebuilds
Rendertech rebuild rotary dryers (including complete new dryer drums) and supply all spare parts.
