ODOUR CONTROL EQUIPMENT
Waste Heat Condenser

Rendertech manufacture high-quality Shell and Tube Condensers designed to handle vapours with a high air content, such as direct-fired Driers and streams from odour extraction systems.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
Compact and low maintenance
The freestanding, vertical design provides ‘subcooled’ condensate in a compact plan area. The tube-side condensing minimises fouling and is
easy to clean and inspect. Full stainless steel construction means simple maintenance and a long lifespan, with steel grades selected to
suit your application.
Optimal heat transfer
The shell-side water flow path is optimised for heat transfer by efficient placement of baffle plates.
Odour control
Cooling of odour control streams is the primary method of odour control. Cooling removes condensate volatiles and lowers air temperatures to
improve the performance of your biofilter.
Custom design for optimal performance
While we have a standard range of sizes, details of each unit are optimised for their specific duty to ensure maximum performance.
Condensate tank
The integrated condensate tank with built-in droplet eliminator allows condensed liquid to be removed from the airstream.

Waste Heat Condenser Product information |
'When we started a new product line in fish meal, we found our existing processing plant wasn’t fit for purpose. We needed a process streamlined for fish to achieve a high-end product. Rendertech had the experience and expertise to achieve the quality we were after, with good equipment design. They could also manufacture and install the plant quicker than anyone else, so our plant had the shortest downtime possible. We’ve achieved all-round plant performance, with a high-quality fish meal, energy savings, and speed – we’ve increased from 2.5 tonnes an hour to 9.5 tonnes an hour with the new Rendertech plant, and reduced energy costs by 40%.'
