VIBROSCREEN® Circular Vibratory Screeners
The single and multi-deck screener sifts, scalps and or classifies a feed stream into precise fractions. Available with a wide variety of anti-blinding devices and accessories they handle dry, wet, moist, lumpy, stringy and otherwise difficult to handle bulk material on a batch or continuous basis. They are manufactured from stainless steel to industrial or sanitary standards in diameters from 460mm to 2540mm.
The Vibroscreen screener is available in a number of variants of the conventional unit. These include:-
FLO-THRU Low Profile High Capacity Scalper
- this machine is configured for minimum height requirements and also allows the bottom outlet to be directly below the central feed inlet. Available in diameters from 600 to 2100 mm
KASCADE Internal Recycle High-Capacity Screener
- increases screening capacity by 60% to 160% over screeners of equivalent diameter. These are a solution when floor area is limited or as a retrofit to increase the capacity of an existing unit. Available in diameters from 1000 to 2540 mm.
PNEUMATI-SIFTER High Capacity Sifter
- scalp dry materials in-line with dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, removing oversize particles and foreign materials from numerous food and chemical products. Available in diameters from 600 to 1500 mm
BAG-DUMP
Screen Stations – scalp bag scraps and other oversize materials from manually dumped bulk materials while protecting the operator and plant environment against dust contamination. Available in diameters of 750 or 1000 mm
BATCH SIFTER
variant of Kason's "FLO-THRU" separator line scalps oversize particles from small batches of bulk material being loaded into drums, blenders, other process equipment and storage vessels.
The units are offered in diameters of 450, 600 and 750mm, with a single imbalanced-weight gyratory motor, minimizing weight for easy repositioning .
