Rendertech provides a total service from economic feasibility studies through construction and training of operator and maintenance personnel.

Proposals:  Rendertech’s engineers will discuss and evaluate the customer’s needs in detail and prepare concept design proposals to match these needs.  Where economics are an important criterion, a feasibility study may also be provided.

Design:   Rendertech’s engineers and CAD designers are highly qualified in their specialised areas.  Designs are continually refined to improve function and performance.  Rendertech design engineers are also responsible for plant commissioning.  This ensures that experience gained in the field leads to on-going product improvement and development.

Project Management:   Rendertech gives a high priority to excellence in this area. Execution of the project is carefully planned, potential barriers are identified and communication with customers and other parties involved is maintained. This ensures all partners in the project are working together and the project is completed on time and to the customer’s expectations.

Manufacture:   Rendertech have alliances with several of New Zealand’s leading specialist fabricators who manufacture our range of process equipment.  Ability to meet stringent quality standards has been the principal criterion in their selection.

Site Installation:  Rendertech utilise experienced personnel for plant installation.  The installation phase of each project is carefully planned and supervised to ensure smooth efficient completion.

Commissioning and Training:  Rendertech not only ensure that during commissioning the plant is up to full performance specifications.  We also ensure the operator and maintenance personnel are fully trained in all aspects of plant operation and maintenance.
