and fish scrap to produce high quality fishmeal. Plants can be
provided with oil recovery and stickwater concentration for
initial installation or for retrofitting.
The main items of equipment employed in the process are the Fish Cooker (FC), Double Screw Press, Contact Drier (CD), Waste Heat Evaporator (WHE), and Meal Cooler (MC)
