design and build a range of evaporator plants for concentrating
stickwater from rendering and fishmeal processes.
By concentrating
the stickwater and returning the concentrate to the process, the
quality and
yield of
meal is increased and a high strength
wastewater stream is eliminated. The
ideal configuration for use in our Press Dewatering System (PDS), is the ‘Waste Heat
Evaporator’ (WHE), it uses waste
energy from the drier as the heating energy source and is
available in single or multiple effects. We also design
and build live steam evaporators and evaporators using the flash
evaporator principal when higher concentrations are required.
