Condensers
 Rendertech
Shell and Tube Condensers (ST) are designed for maximum condensing
efficiency when applied to the vapour streams from cookers,
driers, evaporators and odour control systems. They also ensure a
high level of energy recovery when the energy is being recovered
as hot water for plant use. They are manufactured from stainless
steel for long life and easy maintenance. Rendertech also supply
direct contact spray condensers for where energy recovery is not
required.
Hammermill
 The
Rendertech hammermill is a swing hammer mill for the size
reduction of up to 1 t/hour of products such as fishmeal and
bloodmeal.
Continuous
Wool Hydrolyser
 The
Rendertech Continuous Wool Hydrolyser (CWH) is a process for
breaking down the wool adhering to sheep heads, feet prior to
rendering. The hydrolyzing is achieved by passing the woolly
material through a heated caustic bath. The hydrolyser has proven
to be effective at reducing the fibre content and reducing wear on
machinery in low temperature and dry rendering systems.

Meal Cooler
 The
Rendertech Meal Cooler (MC) is a continuous cooler for cooling of
protein meals after drying and before storage. The main
application is to prevent self-heating and potential combustion of
fishmeal during storage or transportation.
Double
Screw Press
 The
Babbini Double Screw Press is an integral component in our Press
Dewatering System for fishmeal and meat rendering processing. The
Babbini double screw press achieves optimum mechanical dewatering
and reduction of the oil/fat content to improve energy efficiency
and product quality. The robust construction and slowly rotating
screws ensure long life with the minimum of maintenance. The press
is available in a range of sizes equivalent to raw material
capacities of 3 – 50 t/hour.

Prebreakers & Raw Material Pumps
 Rendertech
represent A/S Svaertek of Denmark and their range of crushing
machines for size reduction of animal by-products. Svaertek’s
range of prebreakers includes capacities up to 50 t/hour and
particle size down to 25mm. Hundreds of
Svaertek prebreakers installations throughout
 the world have proven
the
robust design and low operating cost.
The
Svaertek Raw Material Pumping System is used for pumping raw
materials through a sealed pipeline.
Raw
Material Storage Systems
No
protein recovery plant is complete without raw material storage
and preparation prior to storage. Rendertech will design a system
to match the requirements of the specific site based on previous
installations.
Meal
Handling and Storage Systems
 Rendertech
provide plant for the milling, screening, blending, storage, bulk
unloading and bagging of protein meals. Our systems prevent dust
escape and comply with the highest environmental and hygiene
standards.
